Refund policy for PicAny purchases and subscriptions.

Overview

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued for purchases made through PicAny (the "Service"), including one-time credit packs and subscriptions (if enabled).

If a payment provider's checkout flow shows different terms at the time of purchase, those checkout terms apply to that transaction.

Scope

This policy applies to:

  • one-time credit pack purchases; and
  • subscriptions (if enabled).

Refund window (orders paid via Paddle)

For orders completed via Paddle, we provide a 14-day no-questions-asked refund window starting from the successful payment date, unless otherwise required by applicable law or explicitly stated in checkout terms.

Other payment methods

If you paid via another payment method, we will generally follow the same 14-day window where feasible, but the final refund processing may depend on the payment provider's capabilities and rules.

Credit packs (digital goods)

Credit packs are digital goods delivered immediately after payment. In general, credit packs are non-refundable once credits are delivered to your account.

However, within the applicable refund window, we may approve refunds under the following principles:

  • If credits are unused, we typically refund the full amount and revoke the credited balance associated with the refunded order.
  • If credits have been used, we may deduct the value of used credits and refund the remaining amount, or decline the refund when a fair calculation is not feasible.

We do not provide refunds for:

  • unused credits after successful delivery;
  • dissatisfaction due to subjective reasons (for example, preference for AI outputs);
  • misuse, violation of Terms of Service, or account abuse.

Subscriptions (if enabled)

If subscriptions are enabled, you can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund fees already paid for the current billing period unless required by law or explicitly stated in the checkout terms.

How to request a refund

You can request a refund by contacting support or, where available, using the payment provider's refund channel.

  • order number (if available);
  • a short explanation and any relevant screenshots.

Processing time

We typically review refund requests within 3–7 business days after receiving complete information. The actual time for funds to arrive depends on your payment provider and bank and may take additional business days.

Service changes after a refund

If a refund is approved and completed, the corresponding service entitlement may be terminated or adjusted (for example, revoking credits associated with that order). You may not continue to use refunded entitlements.

Chargebacks and disputes

If you believe a charge is unauthorized, please contact us first so we can help resolve the issue. Unnecessary chargebacks may result in account restrictions to prevent further fraud and abuse.
